8 oz- plastic spray bottle 

Since chloride is a halogen it wil displace iodine by binding to your thyroid in its place. Using this spray and taking. vitamin c which can help neutralize chlorine.

Vit c (ascorbic acid) spray infused with detoxing-essential oils to help with chlorine exposure.

simply spray before jumping into a chlorinated pool.  Be sure to rub the spray in.  It can also be helpful to spray on after swimming.  I always recommend showering after playing in the pool. 

NOTE:  I encourage this spray during the summer months before pool time because I have personally witnessed the effects chlorine has on my oldest son- anything to help keep chlorine exposure to a minimum. Iodine supplementation is also recommended to help with chlorine.
